Shopmava.com Return Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. We do not accept returns on vintage items, unless they have been misrepresented in the description. Please complete the return/exchange portion of your invoice and include it with your package. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The item must be shipped back with reliable tracking, either via UPS or FedEx. Otherwise, we will NOT be held responsible for any lost packages. We are also not responsible for lost/stolen packages being delivered to you.
Once we receive your package, your refund will be issued in the original form of payment within five business days, minus our original shipping cost ($10 if shipping for your order was free) for the returned item.
Shopmava.com Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange your item, send an email to shopmava@shopmava.com with your invoice # in the subject and specify what item you would like to exchange it for and we will place it on hold for you. Then, ship the item back following the instructions above. You will NOT be charged again for shipping if doing an exchange.
Shopmava.com Privacy Statement
Shopmava.com is highly sensitive to the privacy interests of consumers and believes that the protection of those interests is one of its most significant responsibilities. In acknowledgment of its obligations, Shopmava.com has adopted the following Privacy Policy applicable to information about consumers that it acquires in the course of its business:
- Acquisition of Information. We do not acquire any more information about consumers than is required by law or is otherwise necessary to provide a high level of service efficiently and securely.
- Our Employees and Privacy. We train all of our employees about the importance of privacy. We give access to information about consumers only to those employees who require it to perform their jobs.
- Security Measures. We make access to privacy-sensitive information subject to rigorous procedural and technological controls, consistent with legal requirements and the demands of customer service.
- Disclosure to Third Parties. We will provide individually-identifiable information about consumers to third parties only if we are compelled to do so by order of a duly-empowered governmental authority, we have the express permission of the consumer, or it is necessary to process transactions and provide our services.
- Privacy and Our Business Partners. When we make our technology or services available to business partners, we will not share with them any more consumer information than is necessary, and we will make every reasonable effort to assure, by contract or otherwise, that they use our technology and services in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy.
