Why should I register??
You have to register on our site if you are making a purchase or wish to participate in the contests and games. After you register, you will be able to see the status of your order as well as track it in ACCOUNT section of the site. Only you have will have access to your account. You may log into your account by using your email address and a password that you have created. We do not know your password – only you do. It also makes it easier for us to answer questions about your order if you decide to call us.

I need to register. How??

Just click on the big red ACCOUNT button and you will be prompted to either login or create a new account. If you have items in the shopping cart, then you click on the CHECKOUT button and be asked to login or register in order to complete your purchase.

I forgot my password!!
Click on this link and you will be walked through getting your password. If you ever forget your password again, there is always a link under SIGN-IN button on the log-in page. Type in your email address and we will e-mail you a new password via our secure, encrypted connection. You may later change this password once you log-in successfully.

I want to change my password. How??
Once you log-in to your account, you may change your password by clicking on red ACCOUNT button on the top navigation menu. This will take you to a section to your account section. In "My Account" portion, you will see a link called Change my account password. After you click on it, you will be prompted to enter your old password, new password and new password once again for confirmation. Click on "continue" button and voila - you got yourself a brand new password!

I need to make changes to my account profile!!
Click on red ACCOUNT button at the top of the site and click on View or change my account information link. Make the necessary changes to your account, click on “Continue” and the changes you have made will be saved to your profile.

I finished shopping. Now what??
Once you're done shopping, checking out is easy. You can always click on the big CHECKOUT button at the top which will take you to your shopping cart for review of your purchases. Please login to your account by using the small "log-in" link in the top right corner. Once there, you can change quantities of items in your cart by changing the number to the right of each item or remove items using the "Remove" button to the left.

When you are ready to select method of shipping/payment for the items in your shopping cart, click on the small “Checkout” button in your shopping cart, right below the sub-total amount. Click on one of the shipping options and then press “Continue” button to proceed. On the next page, make sure your billing address is correct and select your payment method. If you have received a gift certificate or a discount code from us, enter into the field below Discount Coupons. Once you are done, click on “Continue” button to review your order. If all details are satisfactory, you can place the order by clicking on “Confirm Order” button. You‘re done!

Is my item available??
If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation before you check-out.

Do I need to pay sales tax on my purchase??
Sales Tax is not charged. Recipients of orders are responsible for complying with state and local tax laws.

I completed my order. What‘s next??

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once your order has been shipped with the tracking number for your package. You may check the status of your order at any time by clickon on red ACCOUNT button on the top navigation menu of any page. Once you login to your account using your email address and password, you will see a listing of all past orders and current orders that you have placed, as well as order status. Click on "View" button next to specific order to review order details.

Can I change my order??
Unfortunately, once the order is placed, we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.

How safe is my personal information??

What free gifts do I get from MAVA??

Everybody loves free stuff and we're betting you do as well ;-) When you place an order with us, you qualify for free items which you can include with your order. When is it going to ship??
Orders placed will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification.We guarantee shipment of your item within 48 hours of your order placement (excluding weekends and holidays) or it’s 10% off your next order. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.

What are your domestic shipping costs?

Shopmava.com provides free shipping on all orders via UPS Ground. If you prefer overnight shipping with guaranteed delivery, UPS Next Day is available for $25 or you can go with UPS 2-Day shipping for a flat fee of $18.

I am not in U.S. What are your international shipping costs and methods??
Shopmava.com offers international shipping by USPS Global Express Mail, for a flat fee of $25. Shipping time is typically 3-6 days, but orders can occasionally be delayed in customs. Global Express Mail also provides full tracking of your package during transit.

Can you ship to an APO/FPO address or a P.O. box??
We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses as well as P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

Do you sell gift certificates??
Yes, we sell gift certificates which you can purchase from us online. These gift certificates are available in predetermined dollar amounts featured on our site. You may add them to your cart and proceed to checkout to complete your order. Gift certificates can be delivered via free UPS Ground shipping or we can send the gift certificate code to your e-mail address.

I received a MAVA gift certificate. Now what??
To purchase an item using your gift certificate, you must first register on our site. (see I need to register. How??). At the checkout screen you will be able to enter your gift certificate number in the field “Redeem your gift certificate”. This will deduct the full amount of the gift certificate from your order total. If your gift certificate is more than the total purchase, the total purchase amount will be deducted from your gift certificate, and you will be able to use the remaining amount for future purchases.

How do I return or exchange my purchase??

We accept returns and exchanges for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, with ALL tags attached and within 14 days of receipt. Footwear returns and exchanges must be in the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. We do not take returns on vintage items, unless they have been misrepresented in the description. Please find the original invoice and include it with your item. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

How do I pack and send my return/exchange??

Make sure you pack and seal the return merchandise with original invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send it back to us using an insured shipping service to the above address. (This will provide you with recourse in case of loss of the package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).

When will you credit my card for my return/exchange??
Once we receive your package, your refund will be issued in the original form of payment within five business days, minus our original shipping costs($10 if shipping for your order was free) for the returned item. We will send a notification e-mail to the address listed in your shopmava.com account as soon as the refund is issued. Please note that it might take some time for your banking institution to process and post this transaction after they have received the information from us.
